Uunin l\u00e4mp\u00f6til\u00e4 175-200. Lihamittarinkin laitoin vaikka oli pieni palanen. Karitsa oli uunissa n. 20 min. Kypsyysaste oli ihan sopiva vaikka mittari n\u00e4yttikin enemm\u00e4n kuin oli tarkoitus. Pilkoin risottoa varten yhden sipulin ja yhden porkkanan pieneksi. Suppilovahverot olivat kuivattuja edellisen vuoden satoa, jota liotin tunnin verran ennen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4.
